MEDITATION FOR STRESS

"Your home is where your thoughts find peace".
When we don't want to stop, our body perceives it as a threat and creates a physiological mechanism to release hormones that increase blood pressure, speed up heart rate and raise blood sugar (glucose) concentrations. To help us act harder and faster to escape the perceived threat.
When these perceptions are specific, they are not considered harmful to our health. In particular, cortisol is the hormone that prepares the body to deal with a specific alert situation. This hormone can damage our body if its production is sustained over time. Its consequences can be very varied, ranging from digestive problems to a weakening of the immune system, causing anxiety, depression...
Meditation is a powerful antidote against stress, it helps our body to decrease the production of so-called stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, while increasing the production of neurotransmitters of well-being, such as dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin.
This therapy can be helpful in choosing what thoughts to think about, as well as better understanding persistent patterns of those thoughts. Meditating for a minimum of 5 minutes a day brings well-being and serenity to our lives.

DEATH DULA

There is no place on earth where death cannot find us, no matter how much we constantly turn our heads in all directions as if we were in a strange and suspicious land... If there was or exists a way to shelter me from the blows of death, do not doubt it, I am not the one who would not do it... But, to think that is a madness that cannot be achieved...
In our modern culture, we have hidden the word ‘death’ to the point of making it taboo, as if not having it present in our daily lives would make us immortal.
But for the Egyptians, Buddhists, Mayans, Druids, among other cultures, it was not like that, they thought that life did not end with death. We have to work on the human being so that he understands the stage of life he is in. The physical part is temporary, but the emotional part remains.
The death doulos are professionals trained to help improve the quality of death by providing you with a harmonious departure, they do not belong to any specific religion, they are trained to help you whether you are in the stage of dying, in denial or are afraid to accept this stage of life.
If you are in the trance of the dying, they help you cross over your journey into the realm beyond the stars, so that your soul is not trapped suffering in the eternal moment. Death doulos are agents of serendipity who seek to preserve the harmony between creation and the transitional state of what lies beyond it.

A person who is close to death often thinks about the value of his or her life, its impact, unresolved issues, decisions made, mistakes made, among other thoughts that can be heavy to carry alone.

QI REIKI

Qi and energy are often considered to be the same thing.
But this is not true. Energy is a force, Qi is a force with consciousness and intelligence. Qi is the intelligence of energy, so what does this mean?
 
Well, when you use a computer, it needs energy to work, but if something is wrong with it, can energy itself fix it? No, because energy needs to be driven by an external force. So, to fix the computer, you need to find a technician to come and fix it.
 
With Qi it is different. Qi goes its own way, it doesn't need to be guided by force, it knows what to do for you and for others. However, we can learn that this Qi can be activated and used to heal ourselves and others.
 
When you have a cold, or a virus infection in your body, and the cold or infection is not very serious, even if you don't take medicine, allowing our body to rest 3, 4, 5 days, the body heals itself. Because the body has intelligence, it has its own consciousness. Consciousness is originally from Qi and Qi knows what it has to do.
 
When we learn reiki, we do something like movement techniques, meditations and so on, which cultivate the Qi to activate its intelligence, so we can help to heal. It is not just using the energy, we prepare ourselves to build up the Qi and make it work for us.
 
Its function is to maintain the patterns of life, that is why inside it is kept the code of the project that contains the information of the formation of life in you and all your universe.
